Elevate Physical Therapy, Corp, was founded in 2022 by Tim Turner DPT, ATC, SCS, and Lincoln Kinkade, PT, who specialize in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation. This motivated team of physical therapists has made its mission to improve the health and wellness of the greater north-central WV area by focusing on the personal goal-oriented rehabilitation of orthopedic and athletic injuries. Tim and Lincoln bring 35 years of collective experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings with extensive backgrounds in the outpatient PT realm. Tim has achieved advanced credentialing as a Sport Certified Specialist PT and a Certified Athletic Trainer. Lincoln has been a private practice business owner for over 20 years and has established PT clinics in many underserved communities within West Virginia. Together, they form a formidable team of clinical and business expertise emphasizing a patient-first experience around injury rehabilitation, athletic performance, and recovery strategies.
